It’s that holly, jolly time of year again! Here are some of our favorite places to go this holiday season:
NOLA Christmas Fest—December 20th-31st at the Convention Center
So many amazing activities for kids to do! The best part is that everything is indoors. Kids and adults can enjoy everything from bounce houses to an ice skating rink and even an alpine avalanche.
Celebration in the Oaks—now through January 1st, 2020 in City Park
Come out and enjoy this classic New Orleans holiday light festival in City Park. Tons to see and kids can enjoy the carousel and ride the train.
Audubon Zoo Lights—now through December 30th, 2019 at the Zoo
Another amazing light festival located in Audubon Park. Kids can enjoy life-sized versions of some of their favorite animals. Visit the elves’ workshop and take photos with Santa.
Dick Clark Rockin’ New Year’s Eve in Jackson Square—December 31st beginning at 9pm! Head to to Jackson Square to watch the fireworks and the fleur de lis drop.
For a celebration earlier in the day with the little ones, you can head down to the Louisiana Children’s Museum for the Countdown to Noon. Festivities began at 9:30am and last until the museum closes at 2:30pm.
