The real estate market continues to move full steam ahead.  In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Snap Realty has had a lot to be thankful for in the last couple of months. With the real estate market only slowing for the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Snap Realty saw record breaking success in the months of June and July.  In July, Snap Realty saw a 107% increase in sales volume and a 111% increase in closed units from the previous year, cementing July as the best month ever in Snap Realty’s 4 year history.

Snap Realty is fortunate to have so many agents who have continued to persevere through the difficulties and challenges that COVID-19 has presented thus far in 2020.
